All FFL Transfers will cost $50.00 (Per Firearm) PLUS NJ NICS FEE & NJ SALES TAXNICS FEE for Rifle $15.00NICS FEE for Pistol $16.00If the Transfer includes more than 1 Firearm there will be an additional $10.00 charge per Firearm.This includes all multi-purchase pistol permit exemptions.Any Firearm that has a non-compliant NJ magazine(s) (holds more than 10 rounds) will be either retained or a blocking fee of $20.00 per magazine will be charged.Shipping transfer fee $20.00 PLUS SHIPPING AND SUPPLY COST (TBD) ***WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY TRANSFER FOR ANY REASON***
Storage Fees for TransfersOnce a Firearm is logged the purchaser will be notified.Upon notification you will have 20 days (about 3 weeks) to come into the store and begin paperwork.After 30 days (about 4 weeks) a storage fee of $5.00 per day will be applied.Any Firearm not picked up within 90 days (about 3 months) will be deemed abandoned property and will become the property of Firearms Funhouse Guns & Ammo!!!!!! Service Work FeesALL repairs require a $35.00 diagnostic fee – which must be paid when the gun is dropped off. This fee will be credited towards any authorized repair(s) but is non-refundable should you choose not to complete the repair(s).The gunsmith will review the problems with you prior to beginning any repair(s) and will require your approval to begin repair(s).
PLEASE NOTE Firearms Funhouse Guns & Ammo has no control over the issuance of Pistol permits or Firearm ID cards. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure YOU have all your paperwork filed, and in order BEFORE purchasing the Firearm(s).
Any Firearm(s) purchased will have to be picked up within 90 days (about 3 months) or else the Firearm(s) will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Firearms Funhouse Guns & Ammo with no refund on the deposit!!!!!!. All advertised pricing is based on a cash sale. You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid purchase permit to buy a handgun. You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid FID card to purchase handgun ammunition. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid FID card to purchase a rifle. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid FID card to purchase rifle ammunition. Law enforcement officers must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty. Firearms Funhouse Guns & Ammo only recognizes Town Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.’s.
